Are there guidelines on the photos that we need to submit?
Yes. Please see our Tips for Blended Collage Photo Uploads
How long does the whole process take?
Once we receive your photos, you can expecte to receive an emailed proof within 2-3 days. Once the proof is approved and payment is received, we will arrange printing and delivery of your photo. Please allow 3-5 working days for your unique photo collage to arrive. The time frame also applies to your own personalised smartphone or iPad photo collage case.
What if I want to make a change to the proof?
Unlike other photo collage makers, you may make additional changes to the proof at no extra cost.
I want to have a certain special photo in the center. Is that possible?
Yes, on our upload page there is a special instruction field where you can specify which photo you would like in the center. You can also leave this field blank and we will do the rest.
Do you frame the photos?
No, we only send you a printed photo, we unfortunately do not provide frames.
Can you use black and white and color photos together?
Yes, any color photo can be used and can combine together very nicely
Can you convert photos to black & white and get rid of red eye?
Yes and yes. Please request any photos you want convereted to black & white. Red eye we remove automatically. Both are done at no extra cost.
